Sorcery

Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Target opponent gains control of target creature. (If an attacking or blocking creature changes controllers, it's removed from combat.)

If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll that many dice plus one and ignore the lowest roll. Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1 counter on Wyll. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Legendary Creature — Phyrexian Minion

Xantcha enters under the control of an opponent of your choice. Xantcha attacks each combat if able and can't attack its owner or planeswalkers its owner controls. {3}: Xantcha's controller loses 2 life and you draw a card. Any player may activate this ability.

Legendary Creature — Human Fungus Pirate

{T}, Remove a counter from another permanent you control: Populate. Activate only as a sorcery. (Create a token that's a copy of a creature token you control.) {T}, Sacrifice another creature: Proliferate. Activate only as a sorcery. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Legendary Creature — Insect Assassin

Flying, haste Whenever Xira attacks, put an egg counter on another target creature without an egg counter on it. When that creature dies, if it has an egg counter on it, draw a card and create a 1/1 black Insect creature token with flying.

If you would create one or more Treasure tokens, instead create those tokens plus an additional Treasure token.

Legendary Creature — Human Wizard

{T}: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It's a Skeleton in addition to its other types and has no abilities. Activate only as a sorcery.

Legendary Creature — Snake Leviathan

Flying Whenever an opponent draws a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, create a 1/1 green Snake creature token. Whenever Xyris deals combat damage to a player, you and that player each draw that many cards.

Sorcery

All creatures get -3/-3 until end of turn. You may cast a spell with mana value 3 or less from your hand without paying its mana cost.

Legendary Creature — Aetherborn Vampire

Haste Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Yahenni. Sacrifice another creature: Yahenni gains indestructible until end of turn.

Legendary Creature — Hyena Beast

Partner with Nikara, Lair Scavenger Vigilance When Yannik enters, exile another creature you control until Yannik leaves the battlefield. When you do, distribute X +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures, where X is the exiled creature's power.

Legendary Creature — Elemental Horror

Deathtouch, lifelink If a permanent entering causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.

Legendary Creature — Elemental Boar

When Yasharn enters, search your library for a basic Forest card and a basic Plains card, reveal those cards, put them into your hand, then shuffle. Players can't pay life or sacrifice nonland permanents to cast spells or activate abilities.

Creature — Human Scout

When this creature enters, if you cast it, mill four cards. When you do, return target creature card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Legendary Sorcery

(You may cast a legendary sorcery only if you control a legendary creature or planeswalker.) Put up to one target creature or planeswalker card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. Destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker. Exile Yawgmoth's Vile Offering.

Legendary Creature — Elf Noble

{2}, {T}: Choose target enchantment you control that doesn't have the same name as another permanent you control. Create a token that's a copy of it, except it isn't legendary. If the token is an Aura, untap Yenna, then scry 2. Activate only as a sorcery.

Legendary Creature — Sphinx

Flying, vigilance, menace Whenever Yennett attacks, reveal the top card of your library. You may cast it without paying its mana cost if its mana value is odd. If you don't cast it, draw a card.

Legendary Creature — Elf Shaman

Flash (You may cast this spell any time you could cast an instant.) You may cast green creature spells as though they had flash.

Legendary Creature — Elemental Cat

Ward—Sacrifice a Food. Other creatures are Food artifacts in addition to their other types and have "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this permanent: You gain 3 life." Whenever a Food is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put two +1/+1 counters on Ygra.

Legendary Creature — Dinosaur Turtle

Trample, haste Cycling {1}{R} When you cycle this card, shuffle it into your library from your graveyard. If you've cycled a card named Yidaro, Wandering Monster four or more times this game, put it onto the battlefield from your graveyard instead. (Do this before you draw.)

Legendary Creature — Bird Serpent

Companion — Your starting deck contains at least twenty cards more than the minimum deck size. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for {3} as a sorcery.) Flying When Yorion enters, exile any number of other nonland permanents you own and control. Return those cards to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step.

Yorvo enters with four +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever another green creature you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on Yorvo. Then if that creature's power is greater than Yorvo's power, put another +1/+1 counter on Yorvo.

Whenever an artifact you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.

Instant

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a 1/1 red Elemental creature token.

Creature — Angel

Flying Whenever another Angel you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.

Legendary Creature — Cat Druid

At the beginning of your end step, exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. Then if it's the first end step of the turn, there is an additional end step after this step.

Creature — Snake Rogue

This creature can't be blocked as long as it's attacking alone. Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, venture into the dungeon. (Enter the first room or advance to the next room.)

Legendary Creature — Human Ninja

Ninjutsu {1}{R} ({1}{R}, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.) When Yuffie enters, gain control of target noncreature artifact for as long as you control Yuffie. Then you may attach an Equipment you control to Yuffie.

Legendary Creature — Human Cleric

During your turn, Yuna and enchantment creatures you control have trample, lifelink, and ward {2}. At the beginning of your end step, return up to one target enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it. (If a permanent with a finality counter on it would be put into a graveyard from the battlefield, exile it instead.)
