Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, not by SpellRack. Refund requests for those charges go through the platform:

Please email support before initiating a chargeback. 95%+ of disputes are billing errors or trial-renewal confusion that we can fix in a day. Chargebacks cost us $15 per dispute and take 60+ days to resolve through Stripe — a quick email to [email protected] gets you the same outcome in 24 hours, and we appreciate the courtesy.
If a chargeback is filed and resolved against the user, the associated account may be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
