Legendary Creature — Human Warrior

Deathtouch (Any amount of damage this deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.) Whenever a creature you control with deathtouch deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two poison counters. (A player with ten or more poison counters loses the game.)

Legendary Creature — Kithkin Advisor

Noncreature spells with mana value 4 or greater can't be cast. Noncreature spells with {X} in their mana costs can't be cast.

Legendary Creature — Dragon

Flying Gadrak can't attack unless you control four or more artifacts. At the beginning of your end step, create a Treasure token for each nontoken creature that died this turn. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this token: Add one mana of any color.")

Legendary Creature — Human Wizard

When Gadwick enters, draw X cards. Whenever you cast a blue spell, tap target nonland permanent an opponent controls.

Sorcery

Target player shuffles up to three target cards from their graveyard into their library. Draw a card. When this card is put into your graveyard from your library, shuffle your graveyard into your library.

Sorcery

Suspend 4—{G} Until end of turn, you may play lands and cast spells from your graveyard. If a card would be put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn, exile that card instead.

Legendary Creature — Elf Noble

Will of the council — At the beginning of combat on your turn, if another Elf entered the battlefield under your control this turn, starting with you, each player votes for dominion or guidance. If dominion gets more votes, the Ring tempts you, then you put a +1/+1 counter on your Ring-bearer. If guidance gets more votes or the vote is tied, draw a card.

Creature — Elf Druid

Alliance — Whenever another creature you control enters, choose one that hasn't been chosen this turn — • Put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. • Create a tapped Treasure token. • You gain 2 life.

Legendary Creature — Elder Dragon

Flying When Galazeth Prismari enters, create a Treasure token. Artifacts you control have "{T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast an instant or sorcery spell."

Instant

Exile target spell, then roll a d20 and add that spell's mana value. 1—14 | You may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. 15+ | You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.

Legendary Creature — Human Wizard

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast up to one target card of the other type from your graveyard. If a spell cast from your graveyard this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Legendary Creature — Satyr

Haste Other Satyrs you control get +1/+1 and have haste. Whenever you attack with three or more creatures, you may discard a card at random. If you do, draw two cards.

Legendary Enchantment

When Gallifrey Stands enters, return all Doctor cards from your graveyard to your hand. At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a Doctor creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. Then if you control thirteen or more Doctors, you win the game.

Instant

Choose target creature or planeswalker. You get {E}{E}{E} (three energy counters), then you may pay any amount of {E}. Galvanic Discharge deals that much damage to that permanent.

Instant

When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. Flashback {1}{U}{R} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Sorcery

This spell costs {2} less to cast if a player's life total is less than or equal to half their starting life total. Destroy all creatures.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, choose one that hasn't been chosen — • You may tap or untap target permanent. • Gandalf deals 3 damage to each opponent. • Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. • Put Gandalf on top of its owner's library.

Legendary Creature — Avatar Wizard

Whenever you cast a spell with mana value 5 or greater, each opponent reveals the top card of their library. If any of those cards shares a card type with that spell, copy that spell, you may choose new targets for the copy, and each opponent draws a card. Otherwise, you draw a card. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

Legendary Creature — Avatar Wizard

Vigilance Whenever you cast a spell, creatures you control get +1/+0 until end of turn. Scry 1. When Gandalf dies, you may put it into its owner's library fifth from the top.

Legendary Creature — Hydra

Vigilance Hydra spells you cast cost {4} less to cast. Whenever a creature you control becomes the target of a spell, Gargos fights up to one target creature you don't control.

Legendary Creature — Human Warrior

Flash When Garna enters, return to your hand all creature cards in your graveyard that were put there from anywhere this turn. Other creatures you control have haste.

Legendary Planeswalker — Garruk

+1: Reveal the top five cards of your library. Put all creature cards revealed this way into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. −3: You may put a green creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. −7: You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a creature spell, you may search your library for a creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle."

Legendary Planeswalker — Garruk

0: Create two 2/2 black and green Wolf creature tokens with "When this token dies, put a loyalty counter on each Garruk you control." −3: Destroy target creature. Draw a card. −6: You get an emblem with "Creatures you control get +3/+3 and have trample."

Legendary Planeswalker — Garruk

+1: Create a 3/3 green Beast creature token. −3: Draw cards equal to the greatest power among creatures you control. −6: Create a 6/6 green Wurm creature token for each land you control.

Creature — Beast

Hexproof from black Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, look at that many cards from the top of your library. You may reveal a creature card or Garruk planeswalker card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Enchantment

When this enchantment enters, if you control a creature with power 4 or greater, draw a card. Creatures you control have trample. (Each of those creatures can deal excess combat damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking.) Whenever a creature you control with power 4 or greater enters, draw a card.

+1: Up to one target creature gets +3/+3 and gains trample until end of turn. −2: Create a 3/3 green Beast creature token. Then if an opponent controls more creatures than you, put a loyalty counter on Garruk. −7: You get an emblem with "At the beginning of your end step, you may search your library for a creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle."

Legendary Creature — Human Wizard

{T}: Choose a card name that hasn't been chosen from among Disenchant, Braingeyser, Terror, Shivan Dragon, Regrowth, and Black Lotus. Create a copy of the card with the chosen name. You may cast the copy. (You still pay its costs.)

Artifact — Vehicle

Trample, haste When this Vehicle enters, it becomes an artifact creature until end of turn. Crew 2 {2}{R}, Discard a card: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it. Activate only as a sorcery.

Creature — Vampire Warrior

Kicker {B} (You may pay an additional {B} as you cast this spell.) When this creature enters, if it was kicked, target player sacrifices a creature of their choice.

Land — Gate

This land enters tapped. When this land enters, sacrifice it unless you pay {1}. {T}: Add one mana of any color.
