Legendary Creature — Weird Wizard

Play with the top card of your library revealed. You may cast instant and sorcery spells from the top of your library. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your library, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Legendary Creature — Weird Detective

Melek's power and toughness are each equal to twice the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard. The first instant or sorcery spell you cast each turn costs {3} less to cast.

Legendary Creature — Human Scout

If you would get one or more poison counters, instead you get one poison counter and you can't get additional poison counters this turn. Exile Melira: Choose another target creature or artifact. When it's put into a graveyard this turn, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control.

Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast this spell. Put two of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. Flashback {5}{U}{U} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that player mills two cards.

Instant

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on top of its owner's library instead of into that player's graveyard.

Whenever another creature you control with power 2 or less enters, you may pay {1}. If you do, draw a card.

Creature — Human Mercenary

{3}: The next time this creature would deal damage to you this turn, prevent that damage. Any player may activate this ability.

Legendary Creature — Human Shaman

Whenever another creature you control dies, you get an experience counter. At the beginning of your end step, choose target creature card in your graveyard. If that card's mana value is less than or equal to the number of experience counters you have, return it to the battlefield. Otherwise, put it into your hand.

Creature — Merfolk Shaman

Other Merfolk you control get +1/+1.

Creature — Merfolk Noble

Other Merfolk creatures you control get +1/+1. {T}: Target Merfolk creature can't be blocked this turn.

Legendary Creature — Elf Artificer

Tap an untapped nontoken artifact you control: Add {G}. Tap two untapped nontoken artifacts you control: Exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn.

Kindred Enchantment — Merfolk

At the beginning of your end step, untap all Merfolk you control.

Creature — Merfolk Soldier

Other Merfolk creatures you control get +1/+1. Whenever you cast a Merfolk spell, you may tap or untap target permanent.

Creature — Human Druid

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, you may draw a card.

Creature — Nightmare Horror

When this creature enters, target opponent reveals their hand and you choose a nonland card from it. Exile that card. When this creature leaves the battlefield, return the exiled card to its owner's hand.

Creature — Octopus

When this creature enters, create two 0/2 blue Illusion creature tokens with "Whenever this token blocks a creature, that creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step." This creature has hexproof as long as you control an Illusion.

{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on this artifact. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on this artifact. When the twelfth hour counter is put on this artifact, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile this artifact.
