{4}, {T}: Target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of that library in a random order.

Noncreature spells cost {1} more to cast. Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, put a collection counter on this enchantment. Then if there are three or more collection counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, draw a card, then you may search your library for a Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

At the beginning of your upkeep, return an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard to your hand. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, this creature gets +4/+0 until end of turn.

Flying When this creature enters, create a Royal Role token attached to another target creature you control. (If you control another Role on it, put that one into the graveyard. Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has ward {1}.)

When this creature enters, return target outlaw card from your graveyard to your hand. Escape—{3}{B}{B}, Exile four other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.) This creature escapes with a +1/+1 counter on it.

Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. When this creature dies, create X 1/1 blue Squid creature tokens with islandwalk, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on this creature. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)
