Sorcery
The Ring tempts you. Then reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal X land cards, where X is the number of legendary creatures you control. Put those land cards onto the battlefield tapped and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Enchantment

Whenever a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies, draw a card. {1}{B}{R}: Put a -1/-1 counter on another target creature. When The Scorpion God dies, return it to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.

{T}: Add {C}. {T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast Phyrexian creature spells. Corrupted — {T}: Target 1/1 creature gets +2/+1 until end of turn. Activate only if an opponent has three or more poison counters.

The Shire enters tapped unless you control a legendary creature. {T}: Add {G}. {1}{G}, {T}, Tap an untapped creature you control: Create a Food token.
Legendary Creature — Time Lord Doctor
Time Lord's Prerogative — Whenever you cast a historic spell, copy it, except the copy isn't legendary. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic. A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)

The Tarrasque has haste and ward {10} as long as it was cast. Whenever The Tarrasque attacks, it fights target creature defending player controls.
Legendary Artifact
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 2. Whenever you choose to put one or more cards on the bottom of your library while scrying, exile that many cards from the bottom of your library. During your turn, you may play cards exiled with The Temporal Anchor.

Allons-y! — Whenever you attack, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card. Put three time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. Timey-Wimey — {7}: Time travel three times. Activate only as a sorcery. At the beginning of your upkeep, secretly choose a number between 1 and 5 that hasn't been chosen. If you do, an opponent guesses which number you chose, then you reveal the number you chose. If they guessed wrong, they lose life equal to the number they guessed and you draw a card. If they guessed right, sacrifice this enchantment.

Whenever The War Doctor attacks, it deals damage equal to the number of time counters on it to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — You draw three cards and you lose 3 life. II — Mill three cards. III — Choose up to three target creature cards with total mana value 8 or less in your graveyard. Return each of them to the battlefield with a necrodermis counter on it. They're artifacts in addition to their other types.
Legendary Creature — Kraken
The Watcher in the Water enters tapped with nine stun counters on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Whenever you draw a card during an opponent's turn, create a 1/1 blue Tentacle creature token. Whenever a Tentacle you control dies, untap up to one target Kraken and put a stun counter on up to one target nonland permanent.

Blue spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. If an opponent would mill one or more cards, they mill that many cards plus four instead. {4}{U}{U}, {T}: Each opponent mills cards equal to the number of cards in your hand.
